Chef de Cuisine, Alexis Knecht's curated menu offers guests a 5-course ever evolving culinary journey, crafted from the finest sourced ingredients. Epitomizing the high fashion concept of 'rough luxury', the table setting features silver by Christofle, plates by Bernardaud Ecume, crystal glasses by Reidel and hand-made local pottery by Bahrain's own Nada pottery. Ambient music curated by the Krug Music Experience series adds to the sensory journey.
